Rates are calculated from the wordcount of a completed project as well as the language required and required turned around time. However, Translingua offers very excellent rates for translation because of the exchange rate between the US$ and Indian Rupee and we always keep our administration costs to a minimum.
Price per word varies in accord with requirements:



The scale rises from Indian through European, Arabic and others (unusual languages and specialist translations are more expensive, for example).



The scale rises from basic document to the highly scientific/technical translation.



The scale rises from disk or basic hard paper copy to include all manner of formats.



These may include extra speed/sophistication of presentation e.g., a rapid turnaround, special delivery (e.g. courier), sophisticated presentation, Specific Formatting etc.



Interpreters are charged for on a half or full day basis. All traveling expenses are also included.



These language services are charged by the hour - which is most cost efficient.
